Grants Programme
Greenmoor Big Local Community Board have awarded over £400,000 of grants. A list of all the grants awarded to date can be found here: website_list_of_awards.pdf
Greenmoor Big Local Community Board is inviting grant applications from local voluntary and community groups, based in the Greenmoor Big Local area (or on its boarders- see map on application form) for projects that are within the following priorities:
- Activities involving older people
- Investing in children and young people
- Promote a cleaner, greener environment
- Contributing to community life (stronger and safer communities)
- Activities to promote health and wellbeing
- Training projects for local people (volunteers)
It will consider projects that are designed to enable organisations working in the area that improve the quality of life for local people.

Small Grants of up to £2,000 are available per group
We recommend you to send in your applications as soon as possible - You can submit applications at any time – We aim to notify you of the assessment panels decision within four weeks of receiving your application.
The grants programme is designed to enable community groups working in the Scholemoor and Lidget Green area to run projects that improve the quality of life for local people. It may fund, for example, activity costs, venue hire, and a contribution to overheads.
Grants will be allocated by Greenmoor Big Local Community Board and will be administered by Bradford Community Empowerment Network Limited (CNet). This scheme is a pilot programme. Further funding will be available once the Community Board begins to allocate funding based on priorities in the community plan.
